The CT Merchant's Method of Investing
Investments are organized by shares in a fund and each fund is linked to a particular property. CT Merchant is currently offering up to a ten percent return rate per share. The rate of return is not based on the value of the property but rather on the rent value which tends to be much more stable than the real estate value. Each monthly check is based on the performance of the Fund. After a minimum of two years, an investor may withdraw from the Fund by simply having CT Merchant sell the investor's share. A truly hassle free way of investing in U.S. real estate!
